WCM MAIN COMPONENTS
CABIN
WCM Wheeled Loaders are ergonomicly designed for safety, noise reduction, excellent visibility, spaciousness, easy to assemble to make operation/s convenient and reduce operator fatigue.
Another unique cabin design feature is operator protection from ultraviolet radiation with glass and silkscreen sunshade treatment that prevents damage to the operators eyes and skin from sunlight.
The cabin is equipped with a luxury seat fully adjustable for comfort, with the cab excellently sealed for heating or air conditioning to give the operator a good working environment.
ENGINE
WCM Loaders uses high torque Cummins C8.3-C and Caterpillar 3306 engines.
The Cummins diesel is in-line, Vertical water cooled, direct injection, turbocharged with an air to air after cooled, The four stroke design for long effective power strokes for more efficient fuel combustion, economy and durability
According to Caterpillar Industrial engine technical license SDEC C6121 diesel engine features high performance, low emissions, electrical starting and stopping.
Transmission
WCM Utilizes ZF reversing Transmissions 4WG-200, providing 4 forward and 3 reverse speeds with hydraulic - electrical shifting makes for easy operation.
A 3 element single stage torque convertor gives reliable performance with extensive traction
KD is helpful to productivity by decreasing the frequency of shifting which increases economy and engine lift
With excellent carrying capacity the ZF is match-able with 200KW engines, Low pressure and starting protection ensure operator`s safety.
AXLE/DIFF
Meritor Axles are from the USA, using the latest technology for heavy duty machine components and offer excellent serviceability and maintenance.
Volvo differentials are also equipped with glide restraining and wet multi disc brakes having a maintenance free and reliable long life performance
BRAKES
A new type of brake system adopts a double pedal.
The Left Pedal does not cut power while the right pedal cuts off power
The Merging of the parking and emergency brakes has functions such as cutting power, automatic start up and working and protection from low air pressure
FRAME
The Frame structure is simple reducing irregular weld lines, bearing forces, and breakout stress,
Dustproof articulated points prolong the center bearing pins`s life while double thrust bearings are fitted to Articulation for increased operating stability and absorbing vibration and impact forces.
