Member represents and warrants that

Transdat requires One (1) Full Month notification in advance and in writing to cancel or terminate an account or Membership, the Member will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month for which notification of discontinued service. No refunds are given for any cessation of Trading or winding up a business activity in the first year of Membership, We reserve the right to change our fees at any time for any reason, but, whenever possible, we will give you at least one month's advance notice of such change. Members shall provide at least 7 days notice of change of Credit card details before the renewal date.

Membership can be in some instances Transferable, Transdat reserves the right in its sole discretion to Transfer a Membership, with Membership Links from a defunct or closed Company or Web site to a new URL address, new account details Information, new User names and Passwords and all associated transfer procedures involved. Transfer of Membership will be Limited to Members after one (1) full year of Membership has passed, and second Year fees paid, but with due notice, exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of Transdat.
